1. Agreement to Terms
By registering a church account or using any of the services provided by EcclesiaOne ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Account Registration & Administration
Churches registering for the service must nominate an Administrator who is responsible for managing user roles, member access, and billing permissions. The registering entity is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials.
3. Acceptable Use
The Service is designed for lawful administrative, pastoral, communication, and financial tracking purposes of ministries. Any attempt to compromise database integrity, circumvent Row Level Security, or send unsolicited bulk communication (SPAM) is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account suspension.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Failure to process renewals will result in a grace period of 14 days, after which access to dashboard services may be temporarily suspended. We do not charge fees on M-Pesa transactions directly; transaction processing fees are determined by Safaricom.
