Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. When you upgrade, your features are provisioned immediately, and billing is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is M-Pesa giving automation included by default?+
Yes, automated M-Pesa reconciliation via Safaricom Daraja is included in all plans. You will need your own paybill or till number, and our integration team will assist you in hooking up webhooks in minutes.
What happens after my 30-day free trial?+
We do not require a credit card or payment setup to start your trial. At the end of the 30 days, we'll notify you to select a plan and enter your billing details. Your data will remain completely intact.
